For all referees under 16 years old refer to the following two letters.

For all referees 18 years and older, please click here to complete your background check.  You must provide a credit card for the $5 charge.  The IYSA requires that this be performed each season.  You can choose to include the INTER COMMUNITY SOCCER LEAGUE as your "member league."

ICSL will not cancel games based on the weather forecast  Field conditions and game day weather will determine if play is post-poned or cancelled. 

Coaches will be notified of any changes to the game schedule due to weather.  If at all possible, these announcements will be made prior to the first scheduled game.
