ICSL is a youth soccer program providing healthy activity, emphasizing enjoyment and skill development. We are a member of the Illinois Youth Soccer Association. This program allows young players to learn and enjoy soccer in a positive and fun environment, in their own community with the same children with whom they go to school with. This is a competitive youth recreation league.
The Inter-Community Soccer League brings together players with differing
levels of soccer sophistication. The sport of soccer is growing dramatically
in this country, and every season brings new ideas at all levels. Therefore
our philosophies are also continuing to evolve, and our policies, we hope,
continue to be molded and reshaped in ways that will better serve the needs
of each child and ICSL as a whole.
We sincerely welcome your suggestions, as well as your participation in the
workings of ICSL. It takes a tremendous effort to accomplish all that must
be done in order to sustain a successful soccer program—arranging for team
allocations, coaching recruiting, player development, tournament
management, practice organization, and much more. Too often the
responsibility falls on the shoulders of a very few. We always are looking
for volunteers and earnestly solicit your participation. If you are willing,
we have a "task" for you.
Participating communities include: Washington, Pekin, East Peoria, Peoria, Canton, Germantown Hills, Metamora, Morton, Mackinaw, Olympia, Hollis Park, Roanoke, Chillicothe, Eureka, and El Paso.
If your community is interested in joining, please send a note to:
