NOT in Spring Season = NO Playoffs, NO T-Shirts, NO Pictures. 3. Games = 8 Game Season. 2 x Friday Evenings on schedule; teams will play on 1 of 2 nights. 4. Fees - (Fees have been adjusted as the totals shared at the meeting were off slightly - Added 3 FEB 12) IYSA Fees = $7 per player (All Ages) for New Players added to roster or new teams/players U9 = $160 per Team (2 x Refs per game) U10/U12/U14 = $280 per Team (2 x Line, 1 x Center Refs) Adding U18 Division - Led by Trent Alexander (EP) - 11 vs 11 - $320 per Team (2 x Line, 1 x Center Refs) - Games Tentatively, Sat. - Sun p.m. or Weeknights 5. Community Fee = $100 per Community (No Change), $50 for New Teams that are not already part of a Community in ICSL. 6. Location of Games = Games to be Played in Morton x 1, Lincoln x 1, and remainder between Eastside and Washington. 7. By Division Standings / Scores Managers Identified - intent is that coaches will notify these persons of game scores (both scheduled and rescheduled) and they will tally information to be posted to website. - U9 - Carrie Smith (Pekin) - U10 - Tm Stuckey (Lincoln) - U12 - Holly Olden (Morton) - U14/Jr. High - Steve Welch (IVC) - U18 - Trent Alexander (East Peoria) 8. New Rules = Coaches are already required to have Roster and Waivers for games. Random checks will be performed. If coach is found to NOT have paperwork on sidelines at time of spot-check: 1st Infraction = Warning, 2nd = Head Coach Suspended next game. 9. Safety - Sports Goggles are required. Normal glasses will NOT be able to be worn during games / practices. 10. Other - Parents should sit on opposite side of field from players/coach. Coaches / Referee / Field Marshall will be enforcing this rule.
